AIR’s track & field recruiting guidelines show a woman’s track recruit exactly what level of competition she’s best suited for based upon her times. Knowing where you stand helps you narrow your list of schools and can save you plenty of time when trying to find a women’s track scholarship.

AIR’s recruiting guidelines explain what women’s track coaches at every collegiate level are looking for. The guidelines also give a track recruit an overview of exactly how many track scholarships and college track programs are out there to choose from.
