AIR’s swimming recruiting guidelines show a women’s swimming recruit exactly what level of competition she’s best suited for based upon her swim times. Knowing where you stand helps you narrow your list of schools and can save you plenty of time when trying to find a women’s swimming scholarship.

AIR’s recruiting guidelines explain what women’s swimming coaches at every collegiate level are looking for. The guidelines also give a swimming recruit an overview of exactly how many swimming scholarships and college swimming programs are out there to choose from.

If you think you may qualify, submit your profile for one of our scouts to review. You will be contacted for further evaluation if we feel you have what it takes.
